There are a lot of exercise myths that are being passed on from one person to another that is why people who hear these religiously believe in it but, it is time to erase these exercise myths already. Some of the popular exercise myths are that cardio machines count the calories you are burning, how the heart rate monitors how hard you are training, and how your weight is the end all, be all. But, that is all they are, just myths.
